Experienced Team
Brent & Tonjua - owners
Brent Kilbarger and his wife Tonjua of 18 years are experienced entrepreneurs with several successful businesses in their portfolios. Brent has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of asphalt work. From paving new parking lots to sealcoating and asphalt repairs. He also has 15 plus years as a manufacturer of sealcoating. Brent is a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. As he nears retirement, their two sons are preparing to take on leadership roles within their companies. Currently, Brent is focused on sharing his knowledge and expertise to create a lasting legacy.
Hunter - Operations Manager
Hunter has been with Executive Asphalt for eight years. As the son of the owner, he is preparing to take over the company when the time is appropriate. In the meantime, he actively manages operations and continues to learn as much as possible. Hunter is a devoted father of three and values the balance between work and family life.
Nicole - Office Manager
As a dedicated parent of seven remarkable adult children and five grandchildren, my family stands as my most significant achievement and serves as my primary source of inspiration. Multitasking is a fundamental aspect of my approach to both personal and professional life. The values of commitment, perseverance, and integrity that I have instilled in my children also guide my professional endeavors. Balancing family and career is not merely a choice; it is an essential component of my identity. Whether addressing minor issues or managing more substantial challenges, I consistently strive for effective solutions and ensure that tasks are completed to the highest standards. My mother always emphasized the importance of diligent work coupled with a compassionate approach. These foundational principles have shaped who I am today.
Zach - Estimator
Zach has over 10 years of experience in the Sealcoat and Asphalt industry, bringing a strong foundation of hands-on knowledge and leadership. During that time, he spent 5 years as a Foreman, successfully leading crews and ensuring projects were completed efficiently and to high standards. In addition, he has over 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and Estimator, where he developed skills in planning, budgeting, and client communication. Known for building strong customer relationships, Zach consistently meets expectations and applies his problem-solving abilities daily to find effective solutions on every job.
Mike - Foreman
With over 16 years of experience in asphalt and sealing, I take great pride in the quality of my work. My commitment to hard work and ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standards is paramount. Outside of my professional endeavors, I value spending time with my family, as they are my top priority.
Derrick - Foreman
Derrick has 5+ years of experience in the construction industry. He is a dedicated family man, raising eight children. In addition to his professional skills, he has a passion for gardening and stonework. Derrick exemplifies strong leadership qualities, prioritizing quality over quantity in every endeavor.
